To improve the experience of NX100 users, we present the upgrade of firmware ver. 1.01.

To download the new firmware ver. 1.01, simply follow the guide below:

 

There are two ways to download the latest firmware of NX100.

 

1. Download from the product information page

 

 

Click the "Download" tab in the NX10 information page.

 

 

From the firmware item in the list, download these two files:

Upgrade Guide (ver.1.01) and Upgrade File (ver.1.01).

Click the icon in the right side of the file name, unzip the files and follow the instructions in the file.

 

 

2. Download from the Support menu

 

Click the "Support" menu in the upper right of the Samsung Imaging site.

 

Click "DOWNLOADS" tab in the support page.

 

Select the product category under "FIND A PRODUCT". (Select "Camera")

 

 

Select "NX" for the type and "NX100" for the model name and click the "SEARCH" button.

 

 

The short description of the NX10 and the list of available items are displayed. Click the "FIRMWARE" tab.

 

Download the two files: Upgrade Guide (ver.1.01) and Upgrade File (ver.1.01).

Click the "DOWNLOAD" button in the right side of the file name, unzip the files and follow the instructions in the file.

 

 

It is strongly recommended to read the guide files before the upgrade. If you find any issues or questions for upgrading, please contact the nearest customer support for assistance. Please be careful for the firmware upgrade. It may be very high-priced to repair the damages caused by incorrect process.
