Tokyo is burning!

Samsung Electronics has provided the author of this article with the mentioned digital imaging device.
Tokyo is still at the peak of autumn. December has started already but it is not so cold yet. Instead, the leaves turned red & yellow and they are making fantastic scenes.
In my campus, there are so many ginko trees, and they are all burning!!!
Sky is high and clear, the weather is so lovely. People are enjoying an excursion for viewing autumnal leaves, stepping on the fallen leaves. I’ve heard that deadly hot last summer made leaves tinted more vividly.
Now I understood why Japanese people have loved ginko so much.

Recently I have been to Kamakura, which is the historical city that used to be a capital of Japan during Kamakura period. It takes about an hour from Tokyo so many people visit there on holiday.
I could see the beautiful fallen leaves in Kamakura as well, and even more peaceful atmosphere than big city, Tokyo, so I wanna show some of those I took that day.

Amazing Japan – Part I

Last summer my girlfriend and I made the most amazing trip we had ever done: three weeks to Japan! We booked the flight many months before but only started to make a proper day to day planning some weeks before we took the plane. It was exciting! Most of our friends asked us why we would go to Japan and what there is too see over there.
To be honest, we didn’t really know. Sure, there would be lots of beautiful temples and shrines, as mentioned in the tourist guide books, but besides that, we just trusted that the mysterious island would have many other amazing secrets. And it was true! After we returned we could finally answer our friends why you should go to Japan. In our eyes, the Japanese people really made our trip unforgettable. Their kindness, helpfulness and hospitality almost made us melt. We really felt welcome in their big and busy country.
We were lucky to meet a few people we knew beforehand, which made our trip even more unique, since they took us to a few favourite local places. In this blog post, I would like to share with you some photos we took with the Samsung NX10, the only digital camera we used for three weeks. Every day, we had a few hundred photos, so the selection here is very small.
We found the camera suitable to use in almost every situation. It’s fast and easy to use and we only even used one lens: the 30mm pancake f/2.The photos in this blog post show the first half of the journey and the things we saw while we were backpacking through Tokyo, Kamakura, Yokohama and Nikko. More photos from the rest of our trip in my next.
